By using EscrowPak.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our website immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EscrowPak.com.
By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Service

EscrowPak.com provides a crypto-based job marketplace that connects employers and freelancers.
We facilitate:

  • Posting and applying for jobs
  • Secure crypto payments through an escrow system
  • Dispute management between employers and freelancers

We are not a party to any contract between users and do not guarantee any job completion or payment outcome.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not create multiple or fake accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious activity.

4. Payments & Escrow

  • Payments on EscrowPak.com are handled in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.).
  • Funds for a project are held in escrow until both parties confirm the job’s completion.
  • Once both parties agree, funds are released automatically.
  • We charge a small service fee for facilitating transactions.
  • In case of disputes, our Escrow Team will review the matter and make a final decision.

We are not responsible for any wallet errors, lost transactions, or price fluctuations of cryptocurrency.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Engage in fraud, scams, or money laundering
  • Post illegal or misleading job offers
  • Attempt to hack or damage our system
  • Use EscrowPak for any activity that violates laws or regulations

Any violation may result in account termination and permanent ban.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of a disagreement between a client and freelancer, either party may open a dispute.
EscrowPak’s dispute team will review evidence from both sides and make a final, binding decision regarding payment release.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EscrowPak.com (logos, design, text, graphics, software) is the property of EscrowPak and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

EscrowPak.com and its team shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds due to user error, wallet issues, or crypto volatility
  • Delays or service interruptions
  • Disputes between users

Your use of our platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • We are required by law

Once terminated, you may lose access to your wallet and ongoing jobs.

10. Modifications

We may update or change these Terms at any time.
All updates will be posted here, and continued use of the website means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
