Deal Time Policy

At EscrowPak, we aim to make all transactions smooth, secure, and timely. To maintain fairness and avoid delays, we have set a 2-hour transaction completion rule for all deals started on our platform.

1. Deal Time Limit

  • Once a transaction is started, both Buyer and Seller must complete the deal within 2 hours.
  • “Start” means the time when the Buyer sends payment to EscrowPak and the Seller is notified to deliver the account or digital asset.

2. If the Deal is Not Completed in Time

  • If the deal is not completed within 2 hours, the Buyer’s funds will be placed on hold until further action is taken.
  • The Admin may cancel the deal if it remains incomplete and refund the Buyer after verifying the payment details.

3. Seller’s Responsibility

  • The Seller must ensure that delivery of the account or digital asset is completed within the given 2-hour period.
  • Delays caused by the Seller may lead to cancellation of the deal and refund to the Buyer.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility

  • The Buyer must check and verify the delivered account within the 2-hour time limit.
  • Failure to respond within this period may result in the deal being marked as complete or held for admin review.

5. Communication Requirement

  • Both parties must remain in contact with the Admin during the deal.
  • Clear and quick communication helps avoid disputes and ensures a smooth transaction.

6. Admin’s Decision

  • In case of delays, disputes, or lack of response from either party, the Admin reserves the right to cancel the deal, refund the Buyer, or take any action necessary for fairness and platform safety.

7. Policy Update

We may update this Transaction Time Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date.
