1. Definitions
- EscrowPak / We / Us – The service provider operating escrowpak.com.
- User / You – Any individual or entity using our services as a Buyer or Seller.
- Escrow Service – A secure transaction process where funds are held until both parties fulfill their obligations.
2. Services Provided
EscrowPak provides a secure escrow platform for buying and selling:
- Google Adsense Accounts
- Facebook Accounts
- YouTube Accounts
- Other social media accounts and digital assets
We act as a neutral third party to protect both buyers and sellers during transactions.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will provide accurate and truthful information.
- You have full rights to sell or buy the account in question.
- You will not use our platform for illegal or prohibited activities.
- You are solely responsible for your account’s login credentials and activity.
4. Transaction Process
- Agreement – Buyer and Seller agree to the transaction terms.
- Payment to Escrow – Buyer sends payment to EscrowPak.
- Delivery – Seller delivers account credentials/details to Buyer.
- Verification – Buyer verifies the account.
- Release of Funds – EscrowPak releases payment to Seller after successful verification.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use EscrowPak for:
- Selling stolen, hacked, or unauthorized accounts.
- Fraudulent transactions or scams.
- Activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.
6. Fees & Payments
- Escrow fees will be clearly displayed before a transaction.
- All payments must be made through EscrowPak-approved payment methods.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, EscrowPak will review all evidence provided by both parties and make a final decision. Our decision will be binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
EscrowPak is not responsible for:
- Losses caused by incorrect account details provided by either party.
- Damages resulting from misuse of purchased accounts.
- Issues beyond our control (server downtime, payment delays, hacking attempts).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
