At EscrowPak, we aim to provide a secure and transparent escrow service for buying and selling digital accounts, including but not limited to:
- Google Adsense Accounts
- Facebook Accounts
- YouTube Channels
- Other social media accounts and digital assets
Our refund policy is designed to protect both Buyers and Sellers while ensuring fair handling of disputes.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Buyer has made payment into the EscrowPak system, but the Seller fails to deliver the agreed account credentials within the agreed time frame.
- Delivered account is proven to be incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, and Seller is unable to resolve the issue within the dispute resolution period.
- Transaction is mutually cancelled by Buyer and Seller before delivery is completed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Buyer changes their mind after successful delivery and verification.
- Account ownership is lost after the Buyer has confirmed receipt.
- Transaction was completed outside the EscrowPak system (we are not responsible for off-platform deals).
- Buyer or Seller provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Violations of Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Process
- Buyer opens a dispute within [24] Hours of payment or delivery .
- EscrowPak reviews evidence from both Buyer and Seller.
- If refund is approved, funds will be returned to the Buyer via the same payment method (processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on payment provider).
4. Fees and Deductions
- Escrow service fees are non-refundable except when the refund is due to an error caused by EscrowPak.
- Payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount unless refund is due to Seller’s proven fault.
