This Seller Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all users offering services (“Sellers”). By creating gigs or accepting orders, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Creating & Managing Gigs
- Accuracy: All gigs must have clear, truthful titles, descriptions, pricing, and delivery times.
- Categories: Place gigs in the correct category/sub-category.
- Originality: Upload only your own content (text, images, videos). Do not copy from other sellers or third parties.
- Prohibited Content: Gigs may not include illegal services, adult/NSFW content, hate speech, weapons, drugs, fake engagement, academic cheating, or anything violating law/third-party rights.
- Updates: Keep gig information current; deactivate gigs you no longer provide.
2. Orders & Delivery
- Timely Delivery: You must deliver work by the agreed deadline. If delays occur, inform the Client promptly.
- Delivery Through EscrowPak: All final work and files must be uploaded through the platform. External delivery is not allowed.
- Order Completion: An order is “Completed” when the Client accepts delivery or the auto-accept period expires.
- Late Orders: Orders delivered after the deadline may be canceled or affect your ratings.
3. Revisions
- Revision Terms: Each gig must state how many revisions are included.
- Scope: Revisions are for reasonable adjustments consistent with the original order, not new work.
- Excess Revisions: If the Client requests work beyond the included revisions, you may offer a custom quote or request additional payment.
4. Communication & Conduct
- Professionalism: Communicate politely and professionally with Clients.
- Platform Use Only: Keep all conversations and file sharing inside EscrowPak. Off-platform contact/payment is prohibited.
- Responsiveness: Sellers should reply to order messages within a reasonable time (e.g., 24 hours).
5. Cancellations
- Sellers should avoid cancellations unless unavoidable (e.g., inability to deliver).
- Frequent cancellations may lower your Seller level or lead to account suspension.
- If you must cancel, use the platform’s Cancel Order option and explain the reason clearly.
6. Ratings & Feedback
- After order completion, both Client and Seller can leave reviews.
- Feedback must be honest and unbiased. Sellers must not pressure Clients to leave positive reviews or remove reviews.
- Review manipulation (fake accounts, incentives, extortion) is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments & Withdrawals
- Sellers are paid only after funds are released from Escrow.
- EscrowPak applies clearance times and fees as listed in the Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks/disputes may result in funds being held, adjusted, or withdrawn.
8. Compliance & Enforcement
- EscrowPak may remove gigs, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or the Terms of Service.
- Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
- EscrowPak reserves the right to adjust Seller levels, search rankings, and payout eligibility based on performance and compliance.
9. Disclaimer
Sellers are independent contractors, not employees of EscrowPak. You are solely responsible for your work, compliance with laws, and tax obligations.
